The York on Lilydale is a versatile function and event venue specialising in events such as; wedding receptions, engagement parties, christening and birthday celebrations, corporate seminars and sporting functions just to name a few. We can cater for functions from 5 to 600 people.

With 7 rooms to choose from we are sure to have a room that is perfect for your needs. The Yarra Valley Room can be broken down into 3 individual rooms Montrose, Olinda and Evelyn. The TABU cocktail lounge is perfect for any social occasion catering for 80 to 140. Bellbird is an intimate dining room for up to 70 guests, we also offer a Boardroom for small meetings and conferences.

A full range of catering is available, from finger food to a lavish banquet. The York on Lilydale's team has an enviable reputation for great conferences and functions with consistently positive feedback from our clients.

The Bellbird

An intimate room perfect for small gatherings, containing its own bar, situated at the front of the hotel offering easy level access for guests. Accommodates up to 70 people Cocktail style and up to 60 people Sit Down.

The Tabu

The Tabu is our most popular room for a relaxed casual style celebration. Great for 21st, 30th Birthdays,Engagements and more. The room contains huge red club lounges, stools, built in dance floor and has a Pool Table, ask to see this hidden treasure everyone is talking about!

Perfect for Cocktail Style for up to 120 guests.

The room also features private entry with exclusive toilet facilities.

Yarra Valley

The Yarra Valley Room with attached English courtyard has flexibility to be suitable for any large event. Built-in ceiling mounted projector and screen over the flexible stage makes it perfect for a gala dinner, wedding, school formal or sporting club presentation.
